Canan’s Gin is made with the best grain of agricultural origin. The distillation process is carried out in stainless steel tanks where it undergoes a boiling point to become steam and is flavored with essences and botanicals.
Tasting notes:
Canan’s Gin is completely colorless. The nose has herbaceous aromas, passing to the palate notes of juniper, citrus and spices. The finish is long and ends with pleasant notes of lemon and lime.
Serving Recommendations:
Thanks to its perfumed character, it tolerates all types of tonic, but combines especially with dry and bitter ones, although thanks to its aromatica profile it is pleasant to drink neat and very cold.
